The Basics
Our Irish Breakfast tea blend is a custom combination of black teas from Ceylon, Sri Lanka and Assam, India.

Those that are familiar with an English Breakfast tea will notice many similarities. However, Irish Breakfast is a little stronger and brews a more malty cup (thanks to the added hearty Assam).

Coffee lovers will appreciate this hearty full strength blend.

Milk and Sugar are for wimps you say? NOT TRUE! In fact, particular Black Teas were traditionally meant for milk and sugar. The rule of thumb is the stronger the brew, the better it will take milk and sugar.

Some people recommend artificial sugar substitutes or skim milk to be healthier. Are you kidding me! Instead use whole milk, just less of it. And as for sweetener, use healthy natural alternatives like Agave Syrup.
