Darjeeling is affectionaltey referred to as the Champagne of Teas -- No, you do not have to pop a cork to open it. But much like Champagne is categorized first as a region (Champagne, France). In Darjeeling's case it is India. Boy too bad New Jersey doesn't produce any teas :)
